Wide range of experience in conducting Transfer Pricing Audits viz., identifying the cross-border transactions, conducting of functional interviews, benchmarking of international transactions. Further, assisted clients in entering Advance Pricing Agreements with government, advising on Inbound and outbound transactions/ investments, departmental representations before Income Tax Authorities and Appellate authorities and Tax planning/ advisory.
